Welcome to our lab page !

Our research group is part of the Chemistry department at the Université de Montréal. Find out what we do and feel free to reach out !

What we do:

Glycans are complex molecules found across all kindgoms of life. Glycoscience is now recognized as a frontier area for both fundamental and translational discoveries.

Working at the interface of organic chemistry, biochemistry and glycobiology, our research group develops and exploits chemical strategies to profile and perturb glycan-protein interactions and glycan-processing enzymes.

Our overarching goal is (1) to generate chemical tools that are broadly useful and fill unmet needs in the field of glycomics as well as (2) to benefit society by furthering our understanding of the role of glycans in biology and by opening new avenues against diseases.
